“Disappoint” only begins to cover it. Every day this week, I’ve had a trouble ticket outside of work hours, sometimes warranted (like yesterday), more often not. Today was no exception. At least I had until 7:30pm today before I got a ticket—which was pretty vague. And the person who’d complained wasn’t even logged in when I got over to the system, so I had to poke around and try to figure out what he meant. And then, of course, he didn’t respond to mail asking A) what the problem really was B) whether what I’d done had fixed it.
I’m SO ready for the day off I have on Friday.
