Teabagging our way to equalityWhoever wrote this sign may not have been entirely serious. Or something.

Hm. Not a whole lot to report, actually. I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with my furlough week, which is theoretically happening the first week in March. Maybe another Vegas trip for a few days? This time without Brian? That’d be a bit expensive, but it could be fun. And I can probably afford it.

I’ve updated the books database with the books I got for Christmas. Trevor may be holding some sort of event on Saturday night, with trivia packets and pizza. I don’t know whether I’ll attend or not, mostly because I’m not sure if it’s actually going to happen. I’ll probably end up watching the Cardinals game in the afternoon and hoping they win against the Saints.

I’ve been reading Wikipedia articles about theoretical physics, superconductivity, and astronomy for the last hour or so.  It’s amazing what they’ve come up with in the last 10 years. Heck, an explanation of the Pioneer Anomaly could do all kinds of interesting things to astrophysics. But, you know, it’s easier for most people to relate to “Who was Tiger Woods sleeping with?” so we don’t hear too much about interesting science questions unless we look for them.
