playing this doesn't make you cool like a real rock band. Guys, didn't you hear me? Stop having fun!Monday, the big excitement was a Rock Band get-together at Nathan’s house, featuring cassoulet. I’d read an article about cassoulet that said it took days to make from scratch. Nathan’s cassoulet was the shorter version, which only took 3 hours to make.

Anyway. So Nathan, Jason2, and Mike and I had dinner, played Rock Band 2, and watched the Vikings lose horribly to the Bears. Apparently, Kelli was sick, Zach and Sarah were busy, and Patty and Spencer had other stuff to do, so it was just the 4 of us.  Jason had some sort of elaborate fantasy football thing going on with that game and his team.  I didn’t pay much attention to that.  Football is complex enough without adding what amounts to a relatively simple RPG to it.  But it was fun to play a bunch of songs and find out what people were doing.  When Mike gets back to active duty, he’ll be assigned to an aircraft carrier out of San Diego, which may be interesting for him.
