There’s not a whole lot to report on. It was really difficult to get the cat’s pain medicine into her this morning. Went out to dinner with Steve and Samantha and their kids last night. Also found that the expat problem has mostly been solved. Got a callback (actually an e-mailback, but whatever) from one of the jobs I applied for, but I couldn’t reach the recruiter by phone yesterday. Gonna try to call him again this morning, since a lot of people ignore their voicemail.
This place has an interesting take on chicken pot pie. Instead of actual pie, it’s a bowl of hot chicken pot pie filling with a large puff of light pie-crust like dough suspended over the bowl.
